About Us
We are a small team of infrastructure engineers building a cloud platform that we would want to use ourselves: secure, transparent and based in Europe.
Why We Started Zenoyd
We have spent years working in international organisations — on cloud infrastructure, security solutions and IT operations. And we kept running into the same problems.
The market is dominated by a handful of large US-based providers. Using their services means handing over control of your data — often without a real alternative. A European cloud infrastructure built on owned hardware, operated transparently and without external dependencies simply did not exist.
At the same time, regulatory pressure is growing: GDPR, NIS2, sector-specific compliance requirements. Security at hyperscalers is often an add-on — paid, opaque and hard to audit. For organisations without a dedicated security team, that is a structural risk that is almost impossible to assess independently.
And the environmental footprint keeps growing. Data centres now consume more electricity than many industrial nations. The efficiency potential of modern cooling concepts and energy-optimised hardware is largely untapped by the major providers. Zenoyd is our answer — a European cloud platform built on our own infrastructure, with security as a standard and a genuine commitment to sustainability.

Our infrastructure runs at a colocation facility operated by n@work in Hamburg. The data centre meets current standards for physical security, power redundancy and network connectivity.
Being close to our hardware means we can respond quickly and maintain full control over our systems. Your data stays in Germany, subject exclusively to German and European law.
