As a business handling personal data, you are required under GDPR Art. 28 to have a Data Processing Agreement in place with your cloud provider. At Zenoyd this is not a bureaucratic formality — we sign a DPA as standard with every client. Your data stays in Germany, your compliance is assured.

Unlike American hyperscalers, we operate our infrastructure exclusively on our own hardware in Germany. Your data is subject solely to German and European law — no Cloud Act, no third-country transfers. On top of that, you get personal support from the people who actually run your infrastructure.
